Meanwhile, Amazon is also now taking pre-orders on Fox’s 24: Live Another Day on Blu-ray and DVD (SRP $59.99 and $49.98 – street date TBA). Interestingly, there’s also a pre-order listing for a DVD box set version of 24: The Complete Series with 24: Live Another Day (SRP $179.98). Sadly, no sign of a Blu-ray set of the Complete Series yet (or at least individual seasons of the show), though we know many of you would be interested in such. Scream Factory has officially set the Pumpkinhead: Collector’s Edition for Blu-ray release on 9/9, featuring the new Remembering the Monster Kid: Tribute to Stan Winston featurette, new interviews with producer Richard Weinman and actors John D’Aquino and Matthew Hurley, the Pumpkinhead Unearthed documentary now in HD for the first time, audio commentary by co-screenwriter Gary Gerani and creature & FX creators Tom Woodruff, Jr. and Alec Gillis, the Demonic Toys featurette, other behind-the-scenes footage, a still gallery, and the theatrical trailer.
Universal has set Bates Motel: Season Two for Blu-ray and DVD release on 10/7, along with Holiday Inn on Blu-ray, and both Psych: The Complete Series and The Office: The Complete Series on DVD that same day.
Lionsgate has set The Legend of Shelby The Swamp Man: Season 1 for DVD release on 8/12. Lionsgate has also set the thriller The Quiet Ones and the NBC TV miniseries Rosemary’s Baby for Blu-ray, DVD and digital release on 8/19.
Film Movement will release The Auction and Grigris on DVD on 8/19.
Image and RLJ Entertainment will release Varsity Blood on DVD on 8/19.
Pathfinder Home Entertainment will release a pair of Yakuza movies on DVD on 9/30, including Osaka Badass and Osaka Violence.
Arc Entertainment will release Jesse on DVD on 8/12.
Virgil Films has set the dramedy Kilimanjaro for DVD release on 8/12.
BrinkVision will release the comedy thriller Stress Position on DVD and digital on 8/26.
Vertical Entertainment has set Anna for DVD release on 8/5, followed by Ace Wonder on DVD on 8/19.
Anchor Bay Entertainment has set The Reckoning for DVD only release on 10/28.
PBS Distribution has set Secrets of the Dead: The Mona Lisa Mystery for DVD release on 8/19.
First Run Features will release the documentaries More Than the Rainbow, Dream Deceivers and Modern Life on DVD on 8/5.
And finally, note that MTV and Paramount’s street date for Awkward: Season Three on DVD has changed to 9/16.
