Meanwhile, Lionsgate has set Hangman for release on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital on 2/27.
Paramount is releasing a Cheech & Chong’s Up in Smoke: 40 Anniversary Edition on Blu-ray on 4/10. No word yet if there’s any new extras, but this is the first release of the title on the format.
Shout! Factory has just announced that they’re releasing Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Singles Collection on DVD on 5/22. It’s a collection of out-of-print films “only released as solo acts” including The Crawling Hand, The Hellcats, Santa Claus Conquers the Martians, Eegah, I Accuse My Parents, and Shorts: Volume 3. You also get new epiode intros by Joel Hodgson, 2 featurettes (Man on Poverty Row: The Films of Sam Newfield and Don’t Knock the Strock), plus MST Hour wraps. If you order the title on their website you get an exclusive poster.
Flicker Alley is releasing another newly-restored Cinerama title on Blu-ray on 5/15: Windjammer: The Voyage of the Christian Radich.
