We’re starting the new week off with more Blu-ray reviews, as promised. First up is my detailed take on Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies – Extended Edition, which is set to street from Warner Home Video on 11/17. The Extended Edition of this film is the best of the trilogy, so it’s definitely worth a look if you’re a fan of these films. Also, our own Jim Hemphill has taken a look at Frank De Felitta’s Scissors (1991) on Blu-ray from Kino Lorber Studio Classics. And we’ll have two more new BD reviews for you on Tuesday was well, starting with my thoughts on Paramount’s new Terminator Genysis early tomorrow morning. So be sure to check back for that.
